There is growing concern about increased traffic and speed issues on Springbrook Rd.  Please contact the City of Pflugerville Transportation Department to inquire in to mediation efforts by the City to deter non-residential traffic away from the neighborhood streets, particularly Springbrook Rd. 

Street resurfacing will begin Friday, August 21st.  Please see the notice & map for more information.

Dear Spring Trails Residents,

 

Based on information communicated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Texas Department of Health, and the State of Texas and Travis County Departments of Health, the Board of Directors has made the following decision:

 

·         Closure of pool, bathrooms, and playgrounds until further notice.

 

To the extent individuals are using shared or outdoor spaces as allowed in the Stay Home Order, please practice the recommended “social/physical distancing’ measures provided. Please be reminded that the HOA does NOT clean or disinfect any of the surfaces in our common outdoor areas.

 

We wish everyone good health and safety during this challenging time.

 

(Social distancing means remaining out of congregate settings, avoiding mass gatherings, and maintaining distance of approximately 6’ or 2 meters from others)
